I am a Senior Lecturer in the department Econometrics and Business Statistics at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. I’m an applied statistician and educator with expertise spanning econometrics, business statistics, and data science. My work bridges rigorous statistical theory with practical, real-world applications across business, sport, and the social sciences.

My current projects explore the integration of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making in business and economics. My research also extends to sports analytics, where I have applied network analysis, clustering, and machine learning to better understand performance, strategy, and team dynamics.

My approach combines methodological rigour with accessibility. I’m committed to making advanced statistical tools understandable and useful for both technical and non-technical audiences. As an award-winning educator, recognised with an Australian Award for University Teaching citation in 2023, I design engaging learning experiences that emphasise conceptual clarity, real-world relevance, and critical thinking. Whether working with regression models, large-scale data, or advanced visualisation techniques, I aim to ensure that statistical insights translate into informed decisions and meaningful impact.
